Brief

To manage communication of launch of Multi-Manager investment platform and asset migration to existing clients for three channels: Private Bank, International Bank & Barclays Personal Investment Management Service.

Achievements

• Engaged work streams in development of key customer messages and key sales messages.
• Developed individual marketing plans for relevant distribution channels.
• Initiated and co-ordinated marketing activities for client materials, explaining how their assets would be migrated across to the new product.
• Worked very closely with project management team drafting process maps for key compliance, legal & product sign-off teams.
• Engaged with Internal Communications and Press Office to ensure consistent messages to different audiences.
