Brief

To create and deliver an internal communications strategy, as part of the newly created Corporate Excellence Division (May 2009) during a period of cultural transformation.

Achievements

  • From corporate HQ in Abu Dhabi, created employee engagement campaign for multi-national workforce on four industrial desert sites to understand perceptions of brand values and to embed appropriate behaviours into group consciousness.
  • Identified effective channels for long-term employee engagement.
  • Created BAU collateral including Environmental brochure and Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship Report, in partnership with Ernst & Young.
