Brief
To launch a new Multi-asset Portfolio (MAP) Service and migrate clients. To produce three client newsletters for different business segments, to accompany quarterly valuations. To manage PR agency and process. Ownership of all marketing and communications activity: sponsorship; event management; client and internal communications; affinity partnerships; budget etc.
Achievements
- Launched MAP Service and migrated £67 million with less than 2% attrition (target was less than 20% attrition).
- Delivered three quarterly client newsletters for different business segments, at 50% of previous production and design cost.
- Managed PR agency & media training for spokespeople, generating an average of 15 hits a week.
