Brief
Hospedia needed a product launch strategy and toolkit for new Healthcare IT application to support sales teams following purchase of ExtraMed (UK start-up). Key objective was to develop market awareness and to ensure that both merging enterprises’ sales teams were fully familiar with the product portfolios in order to drive client acquisition through cross-sales. Commercial targets were substantial and interlinked as both ExtraMed and Hospedia shared customers.
Achievements
- Created acquisition strategy articulating proposition for three software products, (key messaging, proof points, benefits, target audience, competitors’ propositions, and activities).
- Further developed conversion campaign brief for gateway product, and launch campaign brief for new digital data capture software.
- Succeeded in delighting client through superfast delivery of incisive high-quality strategic marketing output which formed the basis of actionable plans to support UK-wide sales teams in 20 billable hours.
